Prof. Atul Kumar, Director RP Centre AIIMS gave the key note address on “Retinal OCT and beyond.” Prof Jagat Ram, Director PGIMER, Chandigarh delivered the Dr CS Grover Oration titled- “Achieving excellence – Combining focus, talent and ophthalmology” and the second Dr. Vinod Arora Oration was delivered by Dr. SPS Grewal from Chandigarh who spoke on “From no flap to flapless SMILE: the journey of refractive surgery.”
Soosan Jacob demonstrated her new technique of Glued Capsular hooks for subluxation as well as Corneal Allogenic Intrastromal ring Segments (CAIRS) which are similar to Intacs but without the disadvantages of synthetic tissue.
